Apps that create new discount types using Shopify Functions can now register shopify/Discount app intents.
Checks for checkout and business rules
- If the announced checkout surface or business rule is in your scope, confirm the documented plan, API and extension requirements before estimating a change.
- If you adopt it, test eligible and ineligible carts and the relevant customer state. Keep pricing and order output consistent with the approved rule.
